PANEL NOT DRAWN BY ME. I simply colored it. All Sailor Moon rights belong to Naoko Takeuchi and Toei.Ah, this panel is so pretty~ It's right after Usagi transforms into Super Sailor Moon.
If anybody has any advice or critique, I'd love to hear it! ^^
