DO NOT REPOST ANYWHERE ELSE.PANEL NOT DRAWN BY ME. I simply colored it. All Sailor Moon rights belong to Naoko Takeuchi and Toei.
This is one of the few times I've colored the background, and I think it paid off!
If anybody has any advice or critique, I'd love to hear it! ^^
