Interesting piece. I love the concept and how you put the center of focus away from its usual place in the center. However, I think that the softness of the face seems too contradictary from the sharp metal jabs of the picture. You might want to sharpen or bolden the face a little, but that's just a minor quirk of mine. Again, good job!

yeah i see what you mean. i wanted it that way so the soft face and the sharp spikes have contrast. if that makes sense.

I like the idea your conveying (ie with the description) it fits the piece so well. Absolutely love this design, it's quite well-structured and has a very minimalistic feel to it, me thinks. It would look so gnarly as a desktop eh, every thing about it is just so good. You've got some real designs in your gallery, they're really good. Keep it up

this is insanely awesome. i love how there is the head. that adds...almost everything to the compostion, and the surrealism to the picture.
the needle things were an awesome choice, and the metallic colour as well.

See, now this is pretty neat! I was ready to say something detailed right off the bat, but the full view took me by awe. Simply the fragmented splinters etching in and out across the page really synthesize the feeling of pain and frustration, like glass littered with cracks. The way the splinters go to and fro her eyes really does speak the word pain, almost gives me a tinge of it

The abstract part is so crisp and sharp looking (fitting, seeing how it is stabbing into the face) but the face's edges, blurred and fading where the sharper lines travel behind it, kind of detract from that. . . maybe different way to implement the face into the pic, using sharper edges (kind of as if it was a mask, I guess), would have it fit in better.

Very nice, putting the spike through the (woot! I got it right, been spelling the teh lately : / ) eyes gives a very Lovecraftian effect.
