Haha thanks friend~ I use Painter Sai and quick motions to make them smooth- I actually end up undoing them a lot until I'm happy, but Sai is nice since the lines come out smoother than they do in Photoshop. Though in PS you can always make the image ridiculously huge and resize it for a smooth look...

orz I never found a satisfactory method for PS come to think of it.

Ah, yeah! It's actually called 'linework layer', right next to the new layer button. It'll smooth out your lines well enough. Just play around with it, it's awesome! xD
