The Main-ish Ponies in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - AS HUMANS! (original, i know....)I LOVE this series so damn much! I don't care if it's originally for kiddies; these ponies are my homies, yo!
It's supposed to be Twilights first day in Ponyville, btw. (I got a message saying the sponge rainbow dash is holding threw her off - it's supposed to represent the time where she dumped that rain cloud on twilight!)
I don't hope I'll have to explain who's who, but if you find it hard you can always ask?
I may add shadows... later

I was trying to reincarnate their horns as 'wands'

*twilight is wearing classic black mary janes (I thought them fit for a classic school uniform)
*Pinkie is wearing powder pink bow flat with a strap (She's gotta be running around and jumping in them - don't want them to fall off!)
*Fluttershy is wearing yellow rubber boots (I thought it childishy sweet and practical for her outdoorsy animal care taking)
*Raindow Dash is wearing something between a combat boot and a regular no-detail boot with a flash rainbow strap loosely wrapped around
*Apple JAck is wearing a very simplistic cowboy boot with a frilly edge - sand colored overall
*Spike is wearing dark green mini tennis shoes
*Rarity is wearing skin tight (maybe leather/plastic-ish?) shoes that reaches somewhere near her knee

I can actually see some logic to both sides here. While true, she is shy and would probably want to cover up as a result, she's also outside a lot with her animal friends, and I imagine a sweater during the spring/summer would get uncomfortable quickly.

but they didn't notice her model-esqe form right away - Rarity must have seen through the layers (and with so many animals it might be more sensible for her delicate skin (that an assumption) with all the claws, beaks and stuff ^^)

I don't know about that, after all chick wrestled a bear once. She ain't half as delicate as she thinks she is.
But you do make a god point, I imagine what with being a fashion-centric unicorn, Rarity might have some inborn sense for how clothes fit on a pony, in addition to simply knowing what to look for due to experience.
