This reminds me of when *my* eye got wounded like this but the state it was in is more like Werner’s black eye but more brutal and bloody.

yeah... and I was 12 years old when it happened - it left a left a little scar underneath my eye ever since and I'm 17 years old now.

It's alright - I can't feel the pain anymore but the scar is still there after 6 years now.
I suppose there's a benefit from this, since people around me call me their body guard and I have no fear at all if were to suffer from any type of pain and the level of tolerance to pain I have is an 8 (on a number scale of 1 to 10 - 1 being the weakest and 10 being the strongest) - I recall this event to be the most painful in my life thus far...
