Originally I wanted this to be just a picture of Shreddie, but as will happen with me, it warped, and turned into a picture of Shreddie done almost entirely in blue, which would also make this my entry for =oibyrd 's BLUE contest! YOU SEE MY UNWAVERING LOGIC PFAAHAHAA.

Ooh, I love being challenged in blue.

...not that I enjoy feeling stupid while wearing blue clothing. That's an entirely different matter.

And if you don't get my joke or why it's funny, you're normal and sane. Good for you!

*cough* ANYWAY. What was I saying about this thing? (And why is it whenever I draw Shreddie I get even more easily distracted? WHYYYY?) Ah yes. I wanted to draw this for a while; Shreddie in a twisting hallway and a generally creepier atmosphere than he's usually found in. Wonder of wonders, I must be very happy with finishing that research paper, because I sat down to draw and actually FINISHED within six hours. It's sooooo~ pretty ;_;

No, his skin is not normally grey. It's the creepy lighting, I swear.

Why the creepiness? ...Um. Been thinking a lot about the stifling aspects of depression, mental illness in general (I can't say I know exactly what it feels like, but I do get a lot of weird feelings, so fear me). Wanted to put Shreddie in that light, rather than the usual delirious giddy aspect he usually represents. Yeah. *weird burst of intelligence fades*

Shreddie is (c) me, and actually exists in PRINTED BOOK FORMAT, so don't try stealing. Seriously. People will know.
