good lord, what's gotten into me? I CAN'T DRAW ANYTHING ELSE D: nothing else works! it all ends up looking like... like... HIM....so, yeah, thisisdariusagain being all... art nouveau. shame on you, darius. SHAME.

the title is 'valse sentimentale op.51 no.6' by tchaikovsky, which has suddenly become one of the themes for 'the general's son'. i found it completely by accident, and now i love it. puts me in the right mood, along with apocalyptica's 'romance' and 'farewell'. believe it.

Then again, I'm a sucker for earth-tones. Darius seems so delicate and withdrawn - even if I didn't know he was paranoid and fucked-up, I'd still want to take him home and give him hot chocolate. when my hair was that length it got stuck in car doors and under my arms.
darius is afraid of the barber. they take SCISSORS to your HEAD D: not safe, that. the barber might have been hired as an assassin. you never know. which is why darius now has girlyhair :>

This pic caught me on the front page with its muted flat colors and negative shape, very nice. His lower body seems a little small, though, but you drew his hands really nicely.
