Yup, hand painted. I think the client is going to try to ask a judge about it. The rules does state that the card has to be recognisable, and it is, so it MIGHT be ok.... I don't know, I'll see what his judge say

If the name is untouched you can play any kind of card, the only restriction is that the name is not painted
