I was desperate for paper and drew this in study hall on the back of some health notes--i inked yesterday and began to color the hair today *i didn't have much time to, i was actually passing notes about food with grant, who i most conviently sit next to almost everyday* anyway, I like how the expression came out, the hair, too. but i'm extremely disappointed on the pen i chose to ink it with, talk about hard. And the hands......*shakes head* i suck soooo bad at hands, do not even get me started. anyway, just a quick sketchie, I think i'm getting alot better, I'm not sure if i really am, it could just be that i'm drawing more. Enjoy!EDIT: oh and I named her resiliency because, coincidentally enough, on my health note it said "resiliency: Bounce back from misfortune" and doesn't she look like she could do that quite easily?

hee, that's cute n_n I like her hair! Meybe try drawing the hands a little bigger? They look a little small; that might be why you feel they're funny looking. She DOES look really resilient! X3

i have a tendency to draw small hands and you're right--that is generally why i think they look bad.

I always wanted to make my pics have that cute touch to them, but mine alwys end up serious or like....kissing people or something like that.i cant do cute teach me waaa~~ lol

i'm not sure if i'm the right person to teach you, i can think of betters. My problem is, mine are too cute! I can never get them serious! I'm not sure how i get all my pictures to look that way, it sort of just comes out. i think it has something to do with my age, i can't make my pictures very mature or serious, because i'm so young! And i'm not very serious when it comes to personality either, so i dont know!
