Been working on this one for a while now and I only just got it to a stage where I couldn't take it any further at my current skill level. I really don't like a lot of it but it was an endeavour and a stepping stone I suppose. I'd never attempted to use the two vegetation brushes on GIMP before so I decided to try them out for the leaves and bushes and it turned out alright-ish I guess but I definitely need to brush up my skills for organic stuff like that.I don't normally do backgrounds like these, but if you never try something you'll never know, right?
As I've said before, I have a lot of feelings for Kaito and Haruto. Their past breaks my heart - it had been so happy once. This is inspired by that, the two of them in the countryside near where they used to live with not a care in the world~
I spent quite a while trying to get this to work as best I could so I hope y'all like it~

Heart-warming and beautiful... The bond between the brothers have been one of my most favorite part of the show, especially since the two of them would not hesitate in doing anything to help their sibling. Kaito's sacrifice, for one, made me admire him as a character. I just can't resist becoming his fan, especially since Zexal II, where his role is highlighted even more XD
Great job on the art! You captured their blissful moment just perfectly.
