Looks like you've stumbled upon Flutters and her favorite Bear just after they wrapped up his weekly grooming. What do you do?

I kept having this image ever since I stumbled across this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vCKFe… ; The resemblance is obvious, but honestly I just wanted an excuse to draw Flutters and her bear friend.

This is my first time ever properly texturing animal fur to this detail; making it feel convincing all falls into how you make the fur flow across the body, especially the face. I was also debating whether I'd make his design here closer to how Mr. Bear actually looks in the show, but I imagine it would look a bit too strange when at the same time I'm trying to texture his fur realistically, so I made him look more like a real bear.

And yeah, looking at references made me realize just how massive he is compared to ponies. O.O

Still not entirely happy with how the shading of Flutters' face has turned out, but I've spent enough hours on it as is.
