Submitting some of my older artwork (aka, scanning it in so my Portfolio website will have some actual... Content... And figuring I might as well show it off.)This is an oil panting I did one year while at my grandmas house during the spring break of my Senior Year of Highschool. I had a refrence, which I can no longer seem to find now. D8 I think its of a waterfall in Japan. "Dragon" something.
This was about Three to four hours work, and it is my first oil painting.

Wow, that's just...gorgeous. The colors, the textures, the way the eye follows the path of the waterfall downwards--wow. And your first oil painting? Dang. I can only dream of that kind of talent.

It is great! You used speckles instead of making individual leaves to save time. I also like the mixing of colors around the bottom of the waterfall! Water scenes usually seem nice, don't they?
