Cia's not a slut. A woman is called a slut when she shows skin, even if it's just because it is warm out, but when she covers up she's told to dress sexier. If anything, Cia is a beautiful woman with a flare for fashion, even if she's showing some skin. She's not a slut, she's not "asking for it", she's just dressing how she likes, and she should be respect for it.
