Nice theme . However, I can't get the whole thing
I used the universal patcher, gained ownership of the files, and have already replaced the both explorer.exe and explorerframes.dll, and have chosen Norstrom as my theme. However, after all that, all I get is this .

I think you should use the UXthemePatcher and patch the system again then restart. Make sure you log in the Admin account. All themes I posted on dA are verified that all worked

You can extract the orb with Restorator or a resource hacker carefully. By the way, you're welcome.
