I played about 95% of ME3, did the party and ended it there.Β Had no interest in experiencing the failure of those endings firsthand.

Thank you very much!
Same here! I'm just afraid I might get addicted to it since I've got assignments to do haha. Oh gosh I had a hard time avoiding spoilers.. so now I have a vague idea of what happens D:
I read somewhere that there's going to be free DLC with the 'real ending' in April/May. Sooo I wonder if I should play the game then, so I won't experience the disappointment other people had ahaha

As some one who dislikes the ending, I say you should still play it. 99% of it is a damn good game, better than the first two, but that last 1%... somethings you just have to experience for yourself.
Great picture btw! As a FemShep player, I approve (b' ')b

Don't worry, I'll still play it! Looks like I'll just have to brace myself for that last 1%
Thanks so much! I always go with femshep too haha xD

Ahaha xD aw man, if I knew about the ending... I'd probably turn the game off before it =v=''
This femShep is really pretty >c>' her makeup bothered me a bit though (not yours, she seems natural, but the canon one D'; )

Oh gosh now I don't want to know about the endings! At least I hear the game is amazing up until that point ahaha xD
And thank you! I had issues with her heavy makeup too, it just breaks the immersion for me (funnily enough I was actually referencing the canon femshep while doing this ;v; )
So I guess this is my ideal version of femshep anyhow :'D

To be fair, I was trying to in the beginning! But then the eyeliner and lipstick became an issue for me haha xD
I noticed canon femshep can look really good in some screenshots, and in others not so much⦠I referenced one of the better ones ;D

xD she does, especially in the CGs, but in the ingame scenes her makeup looked too heavy D:

I was kinda disappointed when I first saw her ingame look (it looked way different from the concept they showed us. The hair colour and lipstick ended up darker too somehow -__-)
I did find this neat picture though! [link] so many alternate faces to choose from xD (gotta download it to see it properly)

Yes xD They did a good job, though I prefered the short haired one, but I liked it either way =v=~ it was a bit true to the original FemShep of ME and ME2

the endings are 95% identical, they are not affected by anything that Shepard did previously (aka your actual choices don't matter, as long as you have the requisite number... that's much easier to get by playing multiplayer and near impossible to get through sp alone) best part is - they really don't make sense in context of what we've learned about ME universe so far. they completely contradict the entirety of ME1 and most of ME2. and no matter what you chose - the galaxy is completely reset, is left in shambles. its not entirely about Shepard dying (though why the heck must Shepard die no matter what, I don't understand and have yet to hear a good explanation for it). its about Mass Effect world effectively dying and we don't even know exactly what happened to all those individuals we helped. probably nothing good, considering how it ends.
while yes, many of use would love an OPTION of a "happy" ending (what in a world is wrong with that, I ask? and why the insistence that it doesn't fit the narrative - btw, I consider DAO and even DA2 providing happy endings, before unicorns and rainbows are brought up), the main issue i with execution. and that fact that bioware developers lied when talking about the endings in interviews. outright lied.

Wait, they disregard our choices and give us these predetermined endings? It's like Dragon Age 2 all over againβ¦ and I'm not too excited about having to play multiplayer to get these numbers for a better outcome eitherβ¦
I think there should be an ending where Shepard makes huge sacrifices and does manage to survive somehow. Though I did hear about a 'secret ending' after you complete a second play through.
So the galaxy is practically destroyed and there isn't even an epilogue?? That's the last thing I would want. I can see why people are frustrated, I mean I would like to see the outcome of all the decisions we get to make. Heck I would just be happy with Shepard making it through the end and having some of my favourite squad mates survive, that should at least be possible right? But yes, execution is very very important.
Oh yeah I heard about Bioware falling short on their promises. What did they promise again? I didn't watch many interviews...
I wonder if they're actually considering making a DLC with an alternate ending, since so many people seem to want one. Though I'm curious about whether the original ending in the script was any better (since they changed it after the leak)

its actually even worse then DA2. yeah, I was annoyed when even though my Hawke sided with the mages, Orsino went all raaaawr anyways. but at the same time, I could decide what to do with Anders (and as a consequence - Sebastian) depending on how far I got with friendship/rivalry - reactions of the companions to that choice varied and they could even leave Hawke (and you couldn't really fudge the scores, you had to build them through the game, unlike ME3 and multiplayer use). and heck, Hawke could even become a viscount, instead of fugitive. we had a better sense of closure.
ME3 gives you nothing of the above. and I'm going to just link a post that compiles the quotes, with sources, that state all the promises. that thread is full of spoilers, so unless you don't mind, I would suggest reading ONLY that post. [link]
also - there is no secret NG+ ending. unless they mean a post credit cutscene that only makes things worse and can be seen if you import a save, without having to do NG+ and they didn't really change the ending from the one in a leaked script. most of us who read it, just figured it was incomplete. it wasn't.
will they make any changes? we'll know in April, most likely PAX east. according to Ray Muzyka anyways. [link]

The end's not that bad. After it all sinks in you'll feel better. The whole game itself is the ending, really, so in retrospect the ending is awesome. Quite a few "wow" moments.
I love your drawing/painting style. :3 So awesome.

i love the way you paint faces. the characters have such a natural look on their faces. a good amount of roughness and details.
