In His Eyes

"Naruto, wake up!" I called out to him. Naruto groaned with annoyance. "Hinata... let me

sleep." He mumbled. "That's it, Naruto." I mischievously started to tickle him. "No!

Hinata! Haha! Stop! Okay! I'm up! I'm up!" He admitted defeat. I grinned. Naruto smirked

and pounced on me. "Payback!" He shouted. I squealed as he continuously tickled me. We

rolled around on the bed. Finally, I dominated him. Naruto laughed a bit and then stopped

to breathe. I was sweating. I began to breathe normally. Naruto looked up at me and then

blushed. I was a little confused. Unfortunately, I didn't realize at the time that I

was... straddling him. Naruto was staring at me. I noticed and my face went red. The door

opened. "Hinata Naruto, Sakura is here to se-" Itachi paused and stared innocently at us.

Few moments had passed, Itachi slowly closed the door with a blank face. Once the door

closed, I immediately flung myself off Naruto, accidentally hitting his crotch. "Oh my

god! Naruto! I'm so sorry! Are you alright?!" I asked. Naruto looked like he was in pain.

"Itachi it wasn't what it looked like!" I shouted as I opened the door. Naruto followed

slowly behind, with his bruised crotch. Itachi saw me and chuckled. "I interrupted, didn't

I?" Itachi teased. I pouted. "Oh please, Itachi!" I said. I was still kind of embarrassed

about it. Itachi raised an eyebrow as Naruto trudged towards us. Itachi pointed at him.

"What did you do to him?" He asked. "It was an accident.." I mumbled. Naruto's mouth hung

open, as he put his weight on the wall. "Hinata... I think you killed him." Itachi said as

he lifted Naruto's "lifeless" body up. "He's fine!" I said. Naruto shook his head. Itachi

set him down. "Ow..that hurt." He groaned. Itachi sighed. "As I was saying before, Sakura

is here to see you." Sakura walked up to us and bowed. "You are both lively as ever." She

smiled. Naruto and I awkwardly smiled. Itachi cleared his throat. "Well, Hinata. Don't you

have some matters to take care of?" I tilted my head in confusion. "Matters? Hmm... OH!

The date!" I remembered. Naruto sighed. "Aww geez." He mumbled. Sakura glared at Naruto.

"What was that?" She asked. Naruto could sense the annoyance in her voice. "Huh! N-

Nothing.." He said. Sakura smiled. "That's what I thought." I laughed. "Hmm, Sakura. Are

you alright? What's wrong?" I asked. Sakura looked at me with little to no self

confidence. "I'm nervous. This is so new to me. I've gone out with Naruto before and all.

I've kissed him and clung to him. With Sasuke, I've never done any of those things. I'm

going to freeze up if he even looks at me." Sakura explains, twiddling her fingers. Naruto

frowns a bit. "Hey Sakura. You are going to be just fine. Hinata will help you out. She

once was a shy, reserved girl. Well still is. But she has really opened up and changed.

Just like Sasuke, Sasuke has softened up. You and him will be just fine." Naruto

reassured. Itachi looked off into a corner, an obvious amount of doubt was shown on his

face. I elbowed him. He looked at me and sighed. "Alright, I'll help them too. Damn. I'm

always the one helping. One of these days you are helping me." Itachi said. I giggled. "I

am going to help you... don't you worry, Itachi." I teased. Sakura stood impatiently

waiting for me to say something. "Alright, let's get started." I said. Sakura was nervous

about what she was going to wear. Itachi drove us all to the store to buy her an outfit.

We had about 3 hours till the actual date. Sakura ran into the store with high hopes.

Naruto followed her in. I was about to go in when Itachi stopped me in my tracks. "Hinata,

Naruto's birthday is coming up." He whispered in me ear. My eyes widened. Naruto's

birthday! I almost forgot! WAhhh! I was flustered. "What day is it today!?" I asked.

Itachi looked at his phone. "October 3rd" He said. 7 days! I FORGOT! No.. It's okay. I can

definitely make it in time. Aghh! The stress! Itachi watched as I showed different

emotions. "You really have your hands full: the wedding, Naruto's birthday, Sakura. and

Naruto's father." He sighed. I looked down. "It's fine. I can handle it!" I pumped my fist

and stomped my way into the store. Sakura was already throwing heaps of outfits in

Naruto's arms. Naruto's legs were trembling. Sakura noticed me. "Ah! Hinata! I've already

found so many cute things! Come with me! Let's try them on!" She said as she took my hand.

Let's? "You mean me too!?" I asked. Sakura smiled. "If you want!" I sighed and smiled.

"Alright then." Sakura and I tried on multiple outfits and showed them to Itachi and

Naruto. I felt like I was a model for a fashion show. I've never had this much fun in my

life, however; Sakura seemed unsatisfied. Sakura frowned every time she saw herself in the

mirror, especially with cute clothes. "Sakura?" I called out. She saw me and smiled sadly.

"Um, Hinata? Do I look weird in this outfit?" She asked. I observed her as she twirled

around. It was a cute long blue and white dress. It had frills and ruffles. The dress

suited her. "You look cute, Sakura." I said. She smiled. "Thanks." She paused. "Hey,

Hinata. Do you think I'm good enough for him?" She asked. I was a little shocked at her

sudden question. "You'll be good enough. Trust me." I said. Sakura didn't say anything in

return. She walked out of the dressing room with the dress, bought it and was ready to

leave. We followed her out the store. Naruto gave me a look, as if asking me if I did

anything. I frowned and shrugged. We glanced at Itachi, usually he knew everything but

this time... he was also confused. Itachi drove us back to the mansion. Sakura went inside

to put on makeup. Naruto and I looked at each other and nodded. Whatever it is, we

promised to support her. So we will. It was already 1:30 and Sakura waited quietly for us

to bring her to Konoha Center. Naruto and I were ready to go. We had wiring and earpieces

so we can communicate with Sakura during her date. "All set, Sakura. Come on." I said.

Itachi drove us to the fountain. Sakura waited at the fountain while Itachi, Naruto, and I

hid in different areas surrounding the fountain. We saw Sasuke walking towards Sakura.

Instantly, her face lit up. Sasuke smiled a bit at her. "Naruto, Itachi, you both ready?"

I asked. I looked at both of them in their disguises, they nodded at me. From the

earpiece, we could hear their conversation. "So I had planned ahead of time, I think we

should go to the amusement park. I'm sure we can make it to the Chichibu Yomatsuri

festival!" Sakura said. Sasuke nodded and smiled as she linked arms with him. "Alright

their moving, let's go." Itachi said. As Sakura and Sasuke made their way to the amusement

park, Sakura talked about their childhood memories and how interesting it has been since I

became a maid. "You know, Hinata and I are getting close too. She's really nice. I feel

bad for always being mean to her." Sakura said. Sasuke didn't seem too into the conversation as it seemed. He rarely spoke. Sasuke looked at Sakura. "Yeah. She's great."

He said with a grin. Sakura saw it and frowned. She noticed the entrance to the park. "I-

I'll go buy us the tickets." She stuttered. Sasuke followed shortly behind her. Itachi

made his way inside and dressed up as one of the staff. Naruto and I met up and were a few

people behind them to buy tickets. Sakura and Sasuke made their way inside, shortly after

we followed. "Which ride should we go on first?" Sasuke asked. Sakura smirked. "The

roller-coaster!" She said. My face went pale. "Oh. Scared of the roller-coaster I see."

Naruto grinned mischievously. I was never the kind of girl that liked roller-coasters and

big rides. I shook my head. "I-It'll be fine. You can go on it if you want." I said

nervously. Naruto patted my head and pulled me into his arms. "We'll wait till their off."

He whispered. I smiled. Sakura and Sasuke seemed to have a good time on the roller-

coaster. Sakura ran towards the exit to collect the picture the camera took of the first

drop. Sasuke blushed as he saw his embarrassing screaming face. Sakura chuckled and smiled

at him. Naruto and I nodded. "It's going well." I said. I heard Itachi on the other end

sighing. I didn't pay any mind to it. We continued following the couple; they went on

rides, ate, played mini-games together in the arcade. It was finally time for the

festival. Sakura looked more relaxed as the hours went by. Sasuke and Sakura made their

way to the hill. As we walked behind them, I became quite curious to what Sasuke thought

of Sakura. "Naruto, does Sasuke ever talk about Sakura?" I asked. Naruto's eyes widened.

Instantly he averted his eyes. I stopped walking. "There's something you're not telling

me." I said. Naruto twitched. What is he hiding? Naruto opened his mouth as if to finally

speak up but quickly shut it. "H-Hinata, look it's complicated with both of them. Even I'm

surprised Sasuke agreed to go on a date with Sakura. I'm not saying he doesn't like

Sakura. I'm just saying that... Sasuke just doesn't like what she has become. I mean

Sakura has always hidden her true personality. The only one who has seen her true self is

Sasuke. When he first met her, he thought she was peculiar. She was loud, obnoxious, and

annoying," Naruto began to laugh, "But at the same time, she interested him. He had never

met a girl who kept pushing on just to be with him. All the other girls would immediately

hate him for his cold demeanor, but Sakura was different. She kept coming back. Let me be

clear at least, Sasuke was in love with Sakura. He never acted on it because slowly after,

she had become a completely different person. I'm not sure if he still loves her, but I'm

sure as hell that he is pissed at her." Naruto explained. I sighed. "Why would she hide

herself. Why did she change?" I asked. Naruto crossed his arms. "Because of her family."

He said. I looked down. "Why is it always the family that changes people badly? My family

was loving and supported me always, they still do. Even when my father died, I blamed

myself for it. In the end, I realized that he will always love me and support me no matter

what. It drove me to follow my heart." Naruto brushed his hair back slowly with his hand.

"That's because you are strong, Hinata. We come from different worlds. I'm a prince for

god sake. You are a normal girl with a normal life. For people like me, it's hard. The

pressure is unbelievable. The expectations are high as hell. I can definitely relate to

Sakura. Her parents love her unconditionally, but at the same time, they believed she was

the perfect daughter. She loves her parents too much to disappoint them. So she became

what they saw as the perfect daughter." Naruto said as he watched Sakura and Sasuke reach

the hill. Before I could say anything, Naruto began walking up the hill. His words were a

little harsh. For me, I believe it doesn't matter what world we come from. Naruto could be

an alien for all I care, nothing is going to change the fact that I love him. The same

goes for Sakura and Sasuke, I have met them, known them. I've seen their strength, they

are people too. Everyone is different in their own way. "Being different doesn't mean you

don't belong. Whatever world you come from, whatever difference you are from everyone

else, it doesn't change the love that others have for you." I said. Naruto turned around.

He smiled a bit, with a tear coming down his cheek. Naruto...Sasuke...Sakura... I believe

in all of you...
