reminds me of a block print - well the wave does. she looks awesome the tattoos (?) on her eyelids are great. i like how the circles and curves repeat all over the place.

For vector art? quite. I think you're improving here too, your other vector pieces all seemed very static. Granted, the movement here and static-ness there was probably intentional, but I like the more organic feeling of this one more, plus the fact that you did a picture of the sea and avoided all uses of blue or green save for the woman's hair. Kudos to that.
