Emil having a very really bad time crossing a swamp (why he's doing that in the first place I don't know). I drew this during a couple livestreams on twitch this month, took around 15 hours or so to finish in total.Art is for my webcomic "Stand Still. Stay Silent", you can read it over here:

I came across your comic around a month ago. I've recently caught up, and even if you don't see this I wanted to let you know how inspiring your work is! As a super young artist interested in pursuing making webcomics, you're probably one of my biggest inspirations. The amount of effort and detail you put into your illustrations is amazing, and the worldbuilding and thought behind them even more so. I've become more interested in Nordic mythology thanks to SSSS and I can tell I'm going to be hooked for a while. I've been voting every day now and have got a few of my friends to start reading as well! Thank you so much for sharing your comics, I truly appreciate and love each page.

Ah, thank you for your comment, I'm so glad to hear that! And definitely try webcomics, even if it turns out it's not your cup of tea in the end it's such good practice for developing both art skills and work ethic (drawing comic pages can get booooring every now and then but you just have to keep going x3) which is of course super useful no matter which direction you end up in your future art career.Β

Your art style STUNS me! Honestly when I started reading your first comic years ago, I felt the style was adorable. But seeing this new comic with horror elements.... seeing an artist who can pull both off so easily is something hard to put words to! I would spend more time looking at the pages with horror if it weren't for the fact when I see it I feel too invested in the characters and their outcome.
