This is a re-draw of one of my favourite pictures I did last year. I originally did this picture for a vocaloid art contest, which eventually I had to drop out of because I was busy. I livestreamed the entire process of this new version, and I have a speed paint of the older version. I wanted to redo this version for the "Draw This Again Meme" because I wanted to see how far my skills developed over the year, and I am very impressed with myself.

The song has always struck me, and I feel an attachment to it. The words have a bittersweet comfort that I think we can all relate to as artists. We all seek to create something that reminds people of a feeling - especially feelings or people who have meant the most to us.

That color I saw one day
Even now it shows in my palette as I paint
The imperfectness and perfection
Of the entirety of this world."
