Description This is for the first week of 's Vocaloid Art Jam. This week's subject was Luka Megurine.

It's been about nine months since my first digital art drawing, so I'm very excited to see this much improvement already. I am proud of this one, so proud.

This is an original outfit design based on the song 1000001 Colours, which you can listen to here: [link]

I also made another speed paint for this one, just the colouring though. Please let me know if it's any good.

I really love the shading of the face, especially the blush. It makes her look so sweet and innocent. It also shows a lot of emotion. The idea of the umbrella for the skirt is genius! I love it! But one thing that bothers me is that the legs seem to be facing at three fourths or even completely forward, while the rest of her is profile.

I use a wacom bamboo fun c:
It's good for beginners, and once you move up from that, I've been told the intuos is the next best step!

The more you play with it the more comfortable it gets c:
There are lots of tutorials on how to use them, too.
