Interesting perspective! Though I'd add some dark to the windows in order to draw the eye more to the characters. Right now my eyes gets drawn to the black sky and the contour of the building and it took me several seconds before I even noticed the characters. Nice line work by the way.

I see. Well, then I suggest that you try and draw a straight line from the man's head, down the center of his body, until you reach the "floor," in the middle of his feet. You'll see that his legs sorta veer off and bend to the side awkwardly...
Even with perspective, that's a bit weird...
When doing perspective and posing, I always try to teach myself to draw that line of balance, so I know where the soles of the feet must be placed.
As for the girl, make sure to draw similar-proportioned legs and similar-proportioned arms. Look to yourself and photographs to check out where portions of the body end when down or at that angle of the pose...
Still, I love this. If you can re-draw/twirk a few things, it'd be professional quality~
BTW, do you get inspiration from Kubo-sensei?
