Description

“ I wear a mask of scars,

With chin held high, and proud,

Of life stories, and of travels far,

Some whisper softly, while others roar loud.”

Profile -

A whispered memory upon the chill of a distance wind, of vibrant paint upon the etched stone pillars in various shades of blue, greens, purples, reds, and golds. The mighty capital's stone laid roads were littered with talandra’s rose petals it's walks and ways still untouched by the ways of warring. Triumphant roars filled the air, a parade of a large dowry of scytheclaw raptors, and that of elaborately carved stone casks filled to the brim with gold bijou coins. There were songs, there was dancing revelry to the deep echoing of drums, while the gong was tolling the hour the champion of Har'koa took her as his fourth mate.

The years were filled with prosperity, and recognition of her value and worth. She was to become many things, a teacher, a mender, a care giver, a seer, a water binder in the fields of Drak'Sotra, a female that was held in high regard within the community. She had all her needs and desires met, always. She was soon to give birth to her first born when the betrayal happened, not only to her own family, but to all of her people as the desperation had reached it's pinnacle.

Her entire world was shattered before her, ended in bloodshed, and the dying wails in agony of all that she had loved. San'gee ran, with only one hope that she carried with great risk in her arms to her only living relative, a brother. Seeking sanctuary to hide her first born from the same fate that befell the rest of her family, before her own eventual capture and demise.

A fate seemingly worse then death she had met with, as she was forced to live onward. Enslaved by circumstance, her voice amongst the people was taken, her place, her worth, everything that she was before became a distant memory. She was relocated far beyond everything she knew, into lands far removed from her own. She survived, but no longer holding the elegant smiles of her youth, stern, scarred, and cold her expressions had become over the years. What skills she had been taught in the past, she had used in different means when called upon. She became an expert bonesetter, a practitioner of joint and pressure point manipulation for those that were injured, or even of those that might cross her violently.

It was in these foreign lands where fate decided to bring what had been lost to her, back.  She was going to warn her people of this inflitrator, this one that was before her trying to convince her that he was her son. Her thoughts if she exposed and brought forth the outsider before Frost King Malakk, that she may gain recognition and place amongst her people once more. Yet before she could act she found herself, abducted by the one that claimed his relation to her. He had taken her from the territory her people, and the other tribes they had joined had occupied.

Two concealed individuals, attempted for days to convince her what was spoken was true.  San'gee could not believe it, she could not believe their tales, that tried to convince her what the future soon held for her with her people, would be as she had endured before. At that time her mind had been filled with the tribe's propaganda, her own will to think other wise on her own had been broken long ago. She believed that the interrogation was to gather information on what her people were doing in these lands. She also believed that no matter what, she was going to be killed. She held her tongue in check, until surprising one day she was merely released unharmed.

She knew she could not go back to her people, fully aware of what would be done to her if she returned after such an absence. Exiled, she wandered, soul searching, surviving on her own as she never had done before in her life. It was the haunting words of one of the strangers that had kept her company during her capture that caused her to decide to seek out those places she thought she would never return to, her homeland.

There he was by the braziers at the temple of their once shared loa.... A pale reflection of the male she once knew, and loved deeply so long ago. It was a moment held in disbelief that he was alive, as she and all their people had seen his corpse displayed as an example of what it meant to go against the prophets and priests dictation. All had known he was brutalized and very much dead. When her and the champion's gazes met, she knew he was no longer the same male she had known. A pale blue glow to his eyes, memories fragmented and lost to him, a sound to his voice he had never carried in life, he hadn't aged a day. Where as she was no longer the smiling youth he had claimed so long ago, time and circumstance had changed them both considerably.

Too many years had been between them, too many life times ago, too many changes to them both. Yet with all that had been removed, severed, and detatched at a great distance in years, there was a significant connection they both shared, a service and duty. The propserity in life of that of their son and grandchildren, their service to their loa, and a founded tribe to guide and protect.

One glance in her direction may fill the viewer with a sense of an untouched stature of grace, and an apparent long history. She is a woman with many scars upon her facial features and form, they are tales of survival of a toil filled life. Her right tusk has a chip at the tip that she plays with while in thought. Her long hair has a very pale blue undertone the majority almost on the verge white in the right light. Her skin is a light blue, while her medium to dense fur that covers her frame has a white greyish hue. The white tribal tattoos that cover her shoulders and spine are rarely seen. Her grey eyes are sharp and observant. San'gee is statuesque in height and poise her motions always seem to hold a purpose. She tends to wear elegantly designed in tribal appeal gowns and robes.
