Tell me when you get sick of pokemon art, okay? 8DMore art, this time attempting something I've never been confident at drawing; seeeea critters~ Or just Gyarados in general really.
Changed it's face to fit slightly more with my style.
Anyone who can tell me it's gender and why get's a cookie.

you could play with the hue and saturation to automatical recolor in certain areas

I would. But the flat colours are all on some layer. So as soon as I mess with the hue and saturation all the colours go a bit weird.

The body textures were just done with 2 different layers, set to overlay. One layer with white, just use a scattered soft blush on low flow and paint. On the second, do the same but with a darker colour.

Very gorgeous work! It's always awesome to see artwork of Gyarados with its mouth closed. That's what we did too. Love the color gradient on the front.
