Since you want a critique, shouldn't the lights effect the colours of what's inside the window too? It looks like they're glowing outside, but the light stops at the window instead of going through. But honestly this doesn't really bother me and it's still gorgeous ^^ I love her eyes!

And thank you very much for your useful comment! I hadn't thought of that for some strange reason, haha! I added a bit more colorful dots inside the window area... I'm not really sure if we see a difference though. ><' This is kinda hard for me to do.
