Hello again, my friends!I'm sorry I've been a bit inactive last month...! But here's the reason why : I've been working on this drawing!
It's a poster I've made for a contest that Japan Impact made. It's an event about Japan that takes place in Switzerland. I had to make a drawing we could use as a landscape or in a portrait poster. (Here's the portrait format obviously)
The theme was "Japan". I wanted to mix modern Japan and traditional Japan so I drew an idol and a geisha. The mascot of Japan Impact is a red panda so I had to draw that too.
Sadly, I lost the contest but I still want to share this drawing with you!
I tried so do a colorful cell-shaded drawing and I'm quite with the result!
I hope you like it too!I've made an alternate version of this drawing that I'll upload later.

Very cute drawing! The colours look great and I really love the concept of past/future Japan. The background is simple, yet so nicely composed with Mt. Fuji, the cherry blossoms, the lanterns! I love it!
I usually try to find some little flaw in a drawing in order to help the artist improve but to be honest with you... I cannot find one here! Your digital skills have improved so much Minweln! Keep up the awesome work!
