Well technically he's supposed to drop them off at the Labyrinth but I guess since I never specified, then that's cool. xD
The VAST AMOUNTS OF EMPTY SPACE is really only about a mile or so. I just wanted to emphasize that Nothing and the Labyrinth are separate.

Now I feel bad for sending Lali, Rino, and Seki there...
...But this means I could write a few interesting tales of them just observing everything going on...XD;;;

Hold on, now I'm confuzzled. I thought you said that at the end of the tournament and everything, the outer ring would open and the people would be able to leave?
So are they now stuck in the labyrinth forever with no exceptions? Because that could mean a small rewrite of something I have already may be required.

mippins In reply to Jared-Sol [2009-06-30 07:21:43 +0000 UTC]
... Nooo I did not say that. In fact I've been saying the complete opposite from the get-go. It's in like, the rulebook, the FAQ, and I recently posted a reminder about it on the main journal page. Everyone is stuck. That's the point. Death is collecting souls.
As of now, no exceptions. Depending on how the tournament progresses, that may or may not change, but for now assume that your characters are screwed.

Ah, it's just that my round features this:
βFinally, if you lose, youβre stuck here forever. The moment the gate opens again, you will become just like those in Nothing, steel chains and all.β
Before one of the crowd could pose the question βWhat gate?β, a steel grill rose from the ground, blocking the concrete archway.

mippins In reply to Jared-Sol [2009-06-30 22:04:03 +0000 UTC]
Er ... well, yeah the Labyrinth doesn't ever open, as far as everyone knows. Technically it was shut the moment your character entered. It's only ever a one-way door; once you're in, you can't leave.

Jared-Sol In reply to mippins [2009-06-30 22:36:56 +0000 UTC]
