Even though it should be catagorized under "fantasy", this is actually fanart based from the lovely Elemental Goddesses series by *Keysha-chan , so if any of you start chiming in what a great character I've made, I'd like to introduce you to a certain furry little friend of mine with an infatuation for catnip and chewing on fingers

The pose itself, sans pink cloth, simply popped up during our drawing exercises in Marshall Vandruff's Draftsmanship crash course, and I knew that I had to use it for something. Can't for the life of me know why I did Kowahi, even though it fits her so well y'know? Bein' a wind goddess an' all, and her 'skimpy' outfit makes her look like a dancer -- she's so beautiful, I tell yas And I have a fetish for braids -- so sue me

However, I wished I've done some preliminary colors first before slapping it on together like this (my sister suggested the pink scarf thing like that, but I wanted to either use purple to go with the yellow, or some other two colors that would go well with it... can't remember which, tho' ). I'm getting better with the rim shadows with the prismacolor pencils, I believe; it made my mom drop her jaw, anyway

Hope you like it, Kai. This is thanks for all you've done for me recently and all. Sorry it took so long to post it, but I wanted to wait until it was officially over for the class quarter before I celebrate a victory dance

Update: Rescanned and resubmitted the image, because for some cryptic reason, DA refused to download the full image, even on my end
