Uta + Tori ( Song + Bird )
Utori are visual representation of music through a bird like creature

They have two sets of wings, one small set of wings that are used to amplify their voices and a larger main set of wings.
The smaller wings usually match the larger main set in appearance but there are cases where they are different. ( Uncommon trait )

The tail can be any shape.
Their legs are always a solid color and their beak always matches their face/head color.
The rarity of the head feathers depends on length and number. However, they can be anywhere on the head.

The traits for the mini wings apply to the main wings as well

They can wear accessories and clothes too!
