This is great, i usually aren't all that interested in photos, but this one got me for some reason.. I can't really put my finger on it thought xP Maybe because this have meaning... Usually when you look at some random photos here on DA that isn't of nature and that kind of stuff it's just stripped girls posing for the camera, this is much more than that. I like it very much!
And the model is a very beautiful woman by the way ^^,

Actually, I'm not sure if we can classify her as 'overweight' without knowing her height and weight.

No, I don't classify thin as perfect, I think a good middle ground is more attractive. However, most of popular culture tends to view being thin as a PART of being perfect, so I generally lump it in as not to confuse people. I was raised in this culture so I suppose I habitually generalize thin as being "ideal" even though I think there are better ways to be.
I have nothing against thin people at all. But I also think it counts for something that this photographer wasn't afraid to use someone with a couple rolls, being that the automatic choice for most would have been to pluck someone out who resembles the cultural ideal.
