I just wanted to try out my new watercolours!But I was too lazy too use the new and better scanner, oh well...
Done with a pen and schmincke watercolours.

I'm trying to practice using watercolors... But I just cant get the coloring right... They always blend together/looks like its bleeding. Maybe I just don't have patience...?
Do you ever use the rubber masking fluid?

Oh no no no! It's not about patience! I don't have patience too ...
I just use a kind of system when I'm painting, yu know? I start with (for example in this pic) with the bed and then go on with the sky 'in the window'. These areas aren't in contact with each other so they won't blend together :3. After the sky I can go on with an area near the bed because it's dry by then. Maybe this will help
Aaaand no I don't use the rubber masking fluid because I used it ONE TIME and I won't use it another time because it was STUCK everywhere and it actually dind't even really worked so...yeah, I don't need my evil masking fluid, I'm just leaving the white areas out
