the colors, light, and skin look great

but that highlight in her hair is obnoxious. It looks like a dodge tool bar of light stuck to her forehead. I would go less with the smudge or soft airbrush everywhere too.

also, some skin texture would be a pleasing addition to her skin. Although this could be a rough painting
