There is now a fox near where I train my dogs. When I put my dogs away in the car to leave he (she?) came over looking for a hand out. It seemed to like the dog cookies I had in my coat pocket. However, I did not give the fox any near the training field. I walked across the street to the trails in the woods and put a small pile of them out there trying to convince the fox it is inappropriate to hang out by the training field.
I was pretty amazed by the fox's behavior as most that I've known over the years keep clear of humans preferring to be a disappearing tail in the brush from a human's point of view. I felt as if I had a rapport with mine.
That all said: That is a very nice photo of a fox you have there. The face shows the inquisitive and intelligent nature of the animal very well. I've always had a fondness for foxes and that picture just adds to that.

Itt mifelénk (Kelet-London) mindennapos látvány a kis vörös, de nem ilyen kis kedvesek, sőt. Kifejezetten szemtelenek, a nyáron egyikük beszökött a házba a hátsó ajtón (valamelyik lakótárs elfelejtette becsukni), széttúrta a kukát, aztán a konyha közepére csinált. Mérges voltam, mert aznap én voltam beosztva takarításra...
