I have no clue why... but this image makes me think (or atleast reminds me of) Miss Lucy from Bram Stokers Dracula ...

I love nothing more than a non in a compromised situation. The composition of this is amazing. It drew me in because its such a powerful picture.
And when you said you must have a full view, you really meant it. Is that small cross meant to be subliminal?

ok thats sooooooooo irritating, I wrote a comment, clicked submit and contemplated how long the comment was only to see it fail to send..
anyway, short version without the extra adjectives....great piece, love the simplicity of it, makes it look very sterile and hospital-like, espically with the description because it gives me an idea of a story where this vampire has decided to give herself in and she ends up being stuck in a hospital as a lab rat. I'd like to see it with a little more detail on the skin, but what do I know? 
reminds me of the front cover of the hunger (a book i read once) think they made it into a david bowie movie too actually...

anyway, I love how pure and simple this is, and the sutble colours, could maybe do with a little more detail on the skin texture? what do I know

So evil and yet so pure, I love the white and the contrast in the blood and the eyes. It makes her look like a beautiful goddess, and yet a the same time a petrified demon. Great job.

Great job...I love the intensity of the eyes...in particular in combination with the white skin and background, which bring them out even better. And there's a lot of irony in the use of the colour of innocence and purity here...
