[2009 nov]Mar became lieutenant of the desert nomad's militia and proceeded to kick much ass. His spear is reinforced with metal. Snakeskin taken from moultings of young giant serpents serves as light armor.
He and the other warriors spend most of their time astride their giant serpents, wielding spears.

I really like the overall concept design for the character and clothes. His hairstyle is nice look for him.

Ok...the double sheath-blade-thing is pretty cool.
I also like the concept of snakeskin as armor. It's not really something I've heard of before...but I can totally see that working. I also like the hakama-feel to the pants yet how that desert feel still comes through.

It's really the only flexible armor they have, i mean, they don't have the resources for metalworking chainmail... which would be too hot to wear anyway, and lead to sweaty balls...
