I like how you've taken the quitet angsty character type and given him a new kind of depth that you don't normally see with it. It'd be cool to see him in action more. =3
Also...DnD is a blast...highly recommended. ^_^

He's really strong in many ways, but also an angsty puddle of mush about certain things too. Yay duplicity!
I know, i need to make illustrations of him actually fighting! ...But i'm still developing how to represent the power of mind control in an image.

There are different ways to go about it. Like...the puppetmaster approach, or the ghost-self approach...

I'm including a representation of the spirit-self, but i'm still wondering what form their thoughts and energies will take. I've thought everything from ripped book pages to clockwork to floaty transparenty ghost objects...

the design is great but has way too much of a fantasy element to it much like the "sword and sorcery" and "Dungeons and Dragons" feeling to it. If you really wanted clockpunk (which i've never heard of ... consider you made it up?) try going for a more streamlike steampunk design that would fit it more. And if not it's closely related just change the steams and add some clocks etc.

Clockpunk's been around for a while i think, related to steampunk, which probably goes back to Jules Verne's stories.
Haha, as soon as i finish a design i hate it already! I'm still struggling with the aesthetics, because none of the characters are scientists riding around in automata, yet it does run the city they live in.

lol alright I mean I'm just giving some advice and related to steampunk and etc it would fit to give them the old 1800s (? I think... just watch that one really famous steampunk anime that kicks ass but I forgot the name of it) and you get what my drift for the clothing style related lol.

It was Steamboy, watched it a little while ago. It was awesome! For my story though, i want to go a few more centuries back, when machines were run by gears instead of steam... Your advice still applies, and i need to do more research. Thanks so much for your help! ^__^

Oh wow! I can tell it's a man, but then again, I have a more feminine man character too. They're hot xD
I'm just in love with all the folds on the character's outfit. Also, I want his boots. Wonderful design,a nd great turnaround.

Yeah, what is it about feminine men that makes them so hot? (versus manly females?)
Thanks!

lol I just mentally lined up a feminine beardless guy with a hairy manly woman.
I can't explain the horrors that come from the image of the manly female D:!
