Hit-Girl finally came together right in time for Kumoricon! This is probably the best shot anyone got of the costume when I debuted it on the first day.I made sure to get lipstick that matched the color of the belt. AND IT DOES.
I think my expression is so off here, I was still channeling Sweeney. It was hard for me to get out of my Sweeney frame of mind.
(Yes I can do tricks with the knife, no I'm not nearly as good at it as Chloe. Still learning!)

The satisfied smirk, the glint in your eyes and that poised control of your knife sells this shot for me. Maybe the expressionβs off for a cold-blooded teenage assassin, but on the other hand, who said you couldnβt have fun while making a criminal soil themselves in fear?

Iβm sure we all wanted to channel our inner Mindy when she, letβs say, hands out vengeance regardless where she is. And this shot is all about that; all business and all confidence.

A canny, Canney costume that you model very well, and certainly a fun character to explore. Hereβs hoping for a Kick-Ass 3β¦ maybe some promotional work down the line?

It's my absolute pleasure, and replies like this are why I do it. Too often you get someone who just hands out a generic comment as if artwork gets in the way of their social tweet of the minute, or something.

One of the best Hit Girl costumes I have ever seen, congratulations to you and Anthony Canney. They say its all in the detail and the detail is all there, from the utility belt to the design of the elbow pads. Spot on! Now where is my gay looking tazer coz I need to be rescued by you!!!!

Awesome cosplay! I have still yet to see this movie. Of the Hit-Girl cosplays I have seen though, yours is definitely one of the more accurate ones. Looks really good! Nice attention to detail
