Shiiiit.... that's amazing. The shapes and everything are awesome, and maybe it's weird but I'm really impressed with the eyebrows. They look like real eyebrows, not the perfectly shaped stuff everyone WANTS theirs to look like. And of course the freaky-xss mouth-*thing* is bloody brilliant. I won't even ASK how long that took you.
The only thing I can think of to improve in general would *maybe* be to draw out the whites a bit more, especially on the cheeks and nose. That would add a bit more contrast for the gaping mouth, too. And I might be wrong but I *think* the nose is a tad skinny for the facial structure. But I only added that because you asked for an advanced critique, I honestly think this was bloody brilliant.

dear god that is amazing. I like that you made the femininity of the one eye contrast so well with the absolutely grotesque jowels that thing has got. The bone structure is delicate even where it is sunken in the most, and the cracks in the skull are very well placed. Makes me think of how us women look without our makeup on, all we've got are a couple of plucked eyebrows and some eyelashes...the rest of our face is beastly.
