hmmm, I like it. It seems awefully similar to hot blooded pinkie pie though. and What I'm wondering is why do they look.... "uh-happy" with eachother? This would have worked 500X better with a civil war background. Like, seriously, take these two and put the solar empire on one side, the lunar republic on the other and make it into a background sized photo. sell it at the con and you'd make bank. FYI, I put low originalty cause it's the princesses. they've been done before. =\ nothing personal. tl;dr, it has room for improvement. keep up the good work. =3

Well, I love the cell shading and the way youve done the hair. I also really like the background, it works well with the white pony but the dark blue one I dont think stands out enough on that background colour. You could have maybe instead kf using a dark background, or even a light background and used a more mid-tone background to work well with both ponies. Or, you coukd try fading the background from dark to light, like tha positive and negative effect you do in art class at primary school XD Its actually a very useful technique.
Generally theres not too much to critique on this, its very well done. However the lines on the whte ponies tail are slightly angular. Overall, I love it!
