Ahahaha, so yeah.

Surprisingly, I am unashamed of this particular brand of fanart.
Because I love this game (Okage: Shadow King) to death and only recently finished it over the holidays.
SERIOUSLY. I'VE FINALLY SEEN THE ENDING CUTSCENE AND CAN DIE HAPPY.

See, I got this game about... 6 years ago. I got about halfway through it when it, the PS2, and all our other games got stolen. Then, two years ago, me and my mom bought a new-ish copy. Since my mom owns the PS2, and lives in Orlando (vs me living in Tampa), I've only had a few chances to actually play it.
But, over the holidays, I finally got through the last level, beat the last boss, and finally fell asleep at 6:45 AM. c':

SO YEAH. Honestly, this game is made of love. So much of it.
And inspiration. So much inspiration, lately. Which makes me a rather happy sock.

Now, on to the actual ART.

Overall Comment: OH DEAR GOD I HAVE 76 PRISMA MARKERS. SO. MANY. COLORSSSS.

1.) Linda and Epros, with Linda being Linda and Epros being awkward. Totally ship them.
2.) Stan and Rosalyn. I. Love. These. Two. It helps that they are technically the Main-main characters, but their interactions. Just.. god, their interactions. Always such fun~ Also totally ship them.
3.) Ari and Marlene being adorkable. So much. Also totally ship them.
4.) Epros asking Linda to dance (or something) and Linda giggling at the notion.
5.) Alright, LindaxEpros quickly evolved into my favorite ship, as is now obvious. <'B
6.) More MarlenexAri adorkableness. Seriously, they are so adorkable.
7.) Princess Marlene being impatient. Why? No clue.
8.) Re-done version of #4. I liked this one a lot better.
9.) Shadow!Stan and Rosalyn fighting as they blindly follow Ari. Poor, poor Ari. x'D
10.) Actually found decent official references for these characters on the internet (Had to go off often-inaccurate fanart) and drew Linda again. SHE IS SO PINK AND GIRLY BUT I LOVE HER ALL THE SAME. CB
11.) And Rosalyn, since I hadn't colored anything of her before.
12.) Sad-looking!Princess Marlene is Sad-looking. And immensely fun to draw.
13.) ... Which is why she wound up as the subject for my Art II Mid-Exam. Had to be surreallistic composition, with focus on the human figure, and use forshortening somewhere. I suck at forshortening, so probably gonna get points off for that. But otherwise I was immensely happy with this.
14.) But then it evolved into this and DEAR GOD. First digital art in forever and I'm already going all out on it. D'8 Maybe I'll upload the finished version, y/n?

Asdfgh, I feel terrible for only uploading a sketchdump for this game. I wanted to start with some big flashy group picture, but it didn't happen.
Which means I left out Kisling and Big Bull, which makes me EpicSadface x10.

But anyway, I'm glad my scanner decided to work with me (albeit only temporarily, it's gone back to being retarded again) so I could pull all these together~ c:

Totally expect to see more. Mainly because the game style is molesting my style lately, as you can probably see. C'x
