If you look closely you can see his piercings at the bottom of the mouth.

Oh my gosh, I just noticed something. I made a flash animation not too long ago that had one scene where there was a roman numeral clock ticking next to a portrait of a man wearing victorian clothes, holding a severed head. And there was a body on the floor as well as a pool of blood.
