Heh..I wish the snow and -10*C back Now here is almost -20*C and almost all snow is blowed away by wind.. without snow it seems only colder.
And how is now in England?
(when in European countries such as Germany, Italy, France, and England too, becomes cold like -10*C, or too snowy, we see it here in Siberia in news on TV with title "Catastrophic". Really!)

-20C for us in England is almost unthinkable, does this disrupt
your daily life, or are you so used to it that it is considered
"normal"?
Do you still venture out much, or mainly stay at home in such
temperatures?

In England it is very mild at the moment, we have had an almost
summers day today, with beautiful clear blue sky
You are right about the TV news, last year in England we had very
heavy snow [at least for us, but minor by your standards ] and
it made roads unuseable and closed our UK airports. In reality I guess
we are not prepared for these conditions compared to countries where
such weather is the norm
So not really "Catastrophic" just unprepared.

Such weather always come suddenly, so it's really hard to be prepared..
No, such frost doesn't disrupt my life, I can go anywhere I want, but only just walking is not comfortable Even when here's -40*C, we still going to work, to stores, with quick march and bouncing on bus stops and for me it's better life than somewhere in hot tropics where's never snowing Christmas and New Year day are wrong without frost and snow
