If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion. I think that this would have been more powerful with just the worms and the centipede, and not the spider and cicada). To my mind, they distract the eye from the center of the action, your cheek. I think this might be a case in which less is more.
Other than that, another very well executed piece. I also like the color scheme of black blending into a violet palette, which ties together her dress, hair and lipstick.
