well, this is in a future where Kat wins and they have already trashed the world. so they still have a good 9 billion humans to just throw away willy nilly and most of them are gone into invasion plans due to their large amounts. and the katnipian couldn't care less about what happens to them so the likly hood of him coming back is 1/6,000 humans, so, good luck to him
