Okay, now this was something I did not expect ScrewAttack was going to do. I was honestly expecting Carnage to fight either Darth Maul or Alex Mercer buuuut... Eeeeeh, this seems like it has potential.
As for who would win, the best I got from Lucy is that she's pretty much the Anime version of Carrie, except she has spooky stand arms known as "Vectors" and can make people's heads explode and stuff. But honestly, Carnage should take this with ease, well from what I have gathered so far.
From what I've heard Lucy has an AP advantage but, Carnage has survived a lot of shit from being ripped in half by the Sentry, Being hit by mistiles, and oh!...HAVING HIS BLOWN OFF! And what's one of Lucy's best attributes? BLOWING PEOPLE'S HEADS OFF! And Carnage can regenerate from that shit! Not only that, but Carnage is far stronger, seeing as how he's stronger and faster than both Spider-Man and Venom, which is definitely saying something, seeing as how Spider-Man was strong enough to move the Hulk at speeds up to Mach 400 and Venom being able to lift an entire Ferris Wheel...ALMOST WITHOUT THE SYMBOITE! Speaking of which, Lucy has no way of removing the Symbiote seeing as how it can only be removed from heat or sonic waves. Also as for the Vectors, while that could be a pain for Carnage, but he too has another unpredictable move that can turn the tides, his shapeshifting. Seeing as how he can literally pull off any crazy thing that Lucy won't even see coming. Oh, and one more thing to add to list of why Carnage wins. It's the Madness Infection. Once he gets close enough and starts controlling Lucy, it's game over for her.
So, yeah. There's my best prediction for this fight. Take note that this is only my prediction, and I'd be happy to hear yours!

Carnage is Multi-City Block Level+ and Mach 6k-7k (that's Massively Hypersonic+) meanwhile Lucy is Building Level and Hypersonic by herself, but is Town Level-Country Level and Massively Hypersonic with her VectorsΒ
So in other words--- Carnage massively outclasses Lucy in raw physicality (I mean this the same guy who consistently beated and keep up with Spider-Man and most of the street levelers who can beat folks at MCB-MCB+ Level and have microseconds reactions times) and he has haxes such as Absorption and Possession allowing Kassidy to ether absorb or infect LucyΒ
While Lucy herself is pretty weak when it comes to her raw physicality, but her Vectors are much stronger and faster then she is, however despite her Vector's immense Destructive Capacity and Durability, Lucy has no reliable way of countering Carnage's regeneration...Β
Regeneration is really gonna potentially allow Carnage to keep on fighting Lucy in a war of attrition until she eventually tires out.Β Β Β

I actually spent all afternoon researching this and plan on posting my prediction either tomorrow or Saturday. Lucy is more powerful than I thought and it was fun learning about her but....Carnage's healing factor is broke AF! Yes, Lucy sunk an island and unfortunately she is faster (you'll see why in my prediction) but it doesn't matter because she can't kill him. Also when she amps up her vectors to be that strong they actually drain her. I even addressed what would happen if she somehow did remove the symbiote...still not a win and you'll see why. Lol

I am SO hyped to see Carnage appear in a death battle! FINALLY! Even though i am kinda salty that its not Ryuko vs Carnage considering that i spammed that request in their forum. The battle of the bloody symbiots wearers. That being said i can see why Carnage and Lucy works.
you pretty much voice my opinion about that fight. I often hear people say that Carnage is fucked when they use Manga Lucy but i think Carnage destroys Lucy. His tendrils can cover an entire city which i believe is at least enough to compare to Lucys 2km long vectors. besides it seems that Lucys planet destroyer statement is not exactly confirmed or save from what i have heard.
Carnage is much faster and has more experience, his healing factor is insane considering that he survived being ripped apart by Marvel Superman AND he regularly deals with people like Venom like its nothing. Carnage is essentially a much more powerful and crazier version of Venom.
And if they use Darkhold Carnage... than Lucy can just make her own grave already cause she aint surviving him.
And madness infection is all the more guarantee for Cletus to win.
So my money is on Carnage. However i am very excited for this fight. This is going to be BLODDY! That will make Wolverine vs Raiden look harmless in comparison.

Exactly man! A lot of people underestimate Carnage, and say Lucy wins because of her spooky stand arms and telekinesis but... Carnage honestly has a shit ton of ways to counteract Lucy's abilities.

Hmm... you may be on something here. Raiden vs Lucy sounds promising... even though i am not sure how that fight would work out and if it does than i think Raiden may be screwed. After all Raiden cant see her vectors and doesnt have a OP healing factor like Carnage. And his HF Blade can not cut through something that doesnt even have molecules. If he could speed blitz her than maybe...

I am kind of hold back by two factors:
1. I have A LOT of fights with Carnage i want to see. Seriously the list goes on and on (Raiden, Ryuko, Esdeath, Akira, Cinder, Delsin, Reaper, Wendigo, Koro sensei, Kazuya, Wesker and the list goes on!) He is one of these fighters who are just perfect for a Death Battle in my opinion.
2. I already have plans for another DBX with Carnage. I just released the template as well. And that is something i really want to get done. Its on my profile.
I dont know Rick but Mercer sounds promising. Jotaro vs Lucy sounds pretty cool too but the connections are a little vauge... maybe Dio or Kira?Β

From what I've seen, this battle is pretty close. Carnage is faster, but Lucy has more destructive capabilities, making me think that this will come down to endurance, where Carnage has Lucy beat. Not only is he tougher than Venom, but he's also got an insanely broken healing factor. Unless Lucy thinks to cut Carnage to small enough pieces to overtax him, I don't see her killing Carnage before Cletus can land a fatal blow.
