The girl to the right is Rebecca Chambers, 18 years old and is medic of S.T.A.R.S. Bravo team. In the picture she is drawn in her alternative leather outfit, which is available after you beat the main game of Resident Zero once on any difficulty. She is one of the two main and playable characters in Resident Evil Zero (along to Billy Coen) and has a sidekick role in the original Resident Evil for the Playstation (1996) and Resident Evil Remake for the Nintendo GaemCube (2002).

Oh... Yeah I know the character. I just didn't know about her alternate costume and I don't think Ada and Rebecca were in the same game before so I didn't recognize her.
