Description
Ghastly abomination bloated by countless carcasses, purulent and probably bustling with disease. If the haunting odor wasn't enough, the evolved version of the ghoul brims with acidic vomit that can spew at any moment allowing it to horribly hurt and partially digest its victims even before their death.
