Well Fox and Marvel are discussing to get the rights to Spiderman for the Avengers so why not also give Wolverine ?

The Spider-Man deal fell through, it's not going to happen, and Sony owns him not Fox. Also, Marvel is doing everything they can to ignore their Fantastic Four and X-Men comics to force Fox to basically have nothing to work with in film so that their movies will fail and the rights will revert back to them. So, that's the best that any of us can hope for.

Actually, good news. Sony has allowed Spider-Man to join the MCU and the ASM franchise is officially dead. His next film will be a MCU film coming out in July 2017.
