I've finally synchronized my "Battle of Camp Evergreen" illustrations with my postings! In this scene, illustrating the very end of Chapter 11 "Pawn Moves" (just posted at GDIT [link] ), the secretive Chinese Agent Mr. Chin has hauled his Snoop captives Tricia Dwight and Krysten Parker out into the deep, midnight-dark forest surrounding Snowden with deadly intentions! The tale is past hat point, Red; Chinese spy Chin (in reality CIA field agent Chip Tsongdao) has pretended to his associates that he's taken the potential interlopers Tricia and Krysten out to the woods and killed them, when in truth he's taken them to his old friend and former boss Professor Bentley, who is holding them prisoner while Chip runs his operation, putatively designed to steal the Wells Machine but really designed to bring down a Chinese spy ring. But at the point of the illustration, Trish and Krys don't know that they're not going to be offed...
