Man, I think it'll take me all mid-season break to recover from Not What He Seems. I... I still can't believe this episode was real, it was just TOO GOOD to be true. And yeah, I know that everyone and their mom is redrawing scenes from the climax now, but heck, who can blame me?

Like... when THAT scene *points upwards* came, I was already dying inside. The amount of sheer HEARTBREAK in this scene was unbearable, the expressions, the voices, EVERYTHING. And the fact that Mabel had to make a choice between her twin brother and beloved great uncle, it's just-- UGH DID YOU SEE HER TEARS IT WAS A TRUE PAIN TO DRAW

And then the Reveal comes and the entire fandom has a massive heart attack and starts screaming "STANLEY CONFIRMED" for a million hours. I swear I haven't freaked out this much over an animated series since FMA. I can only wonder what will happen next and what other ways Alex Hirsch will come up with to torture us

More fanart to come that's for sure. One good thing about this goddamn break is that we have enough time to do fanart/fics and come up with headcanons c:
